Centrotherm international AG: Changes to the Supervisory Board
Centrotherm international AG announced significant changes to its Supervisory Board. Dr. Helmut Gassel and Stefan Kappis have been appointed as new members by the Ulm Local Court, following recommendations from the Management Board and new main shareholder, Ardian Semiconductor. These appointments took effect from January 15, 2026.
In a meeting on January 23, 2026, Dr. Helmut Gassel was elected Chairman, with Stefan Kappis serving as Deputy Chairman. The changes follow resignations by former members Hans-Hasso Kersten and Dr. Xinan Jia, effective December 17, 2025. Robert M. Hartung remains a member of the board.
The new leadership aims to leverage Ardian Semiconductor's resources to further strategic development. Dr. Gassel, a seasoned executive with more than 30 years in the semiconductor industry, emphasizes the collaboration with existing board members to enhance the company's market position.
