Vaduz, 16.08.2024: CERDIOS SE (ISIN: DE000A3DQFR5) announced the approval of their acquisition of 9.95% of EF Asset Management AD during today's Extraordinary General Meeting. This transaction was finalized through a contribution in kind, resulting in the issuance of 750,000 new shares at an issue price of EUR 1.
