CGRE AG transfère 4 000 000 d'actions au porteur à CG Commercial Asset GmbH
Le 27 juin 2024, CGRE AG a annoncé la réussite de son augmentation de capital initialement annoncée le 19 février 2024. L'augmentation de capital a facilité le transfert de 4 000 000 d'actions au porteur nouvellement créées à CG Commercial Asset GmbH, dans le cadre d'un accord avec le groupe Gröner. AG. Cette opération a porté le capital social de CGRE AG de 2.000.000,00 EUR à 6.000.000,00 EUR, hors droits de souscription des actionnaires.
La transaction confère à CGRE AG une participation indirecte de 89,9 % dans cinq projets immobiliers gérés par Gröner Group AG, Berlin. Cette démarche stratégique vise à renforcer le portefeuille d'actifs de CGRE AG et à renforcer sa position sur le marché.
