Change of Company Name and Ticker Symbol on Euronext Paris

Following the approval by the Combined Shareholders Meeting, ALD will change its name to Ayvens on 14 May 2024. Starting from 3 June 2024, the company's shares will be traded under the new ticker symbol "AYV" on Euronext Paris. The ISIN and Euronext code will remain unchanged.
