Changes to Eutelsat's Board of Directors
On 14 February 2025, Eutelsat Group announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Mia Brunell, Esther Gaide, Cynthia Gordon and Fleur Pellerin have stepped down, while Michel Combes has been appointed as an independent director. This change aims to improve decision-making responsiveness to developments in the satellite sector.
Michel Combes, a telecommunications expert, brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, notably at France Telecom and Vodafone. The Board of Directors now has twelve members, seven of whom are independent, with a female representation of 42%.
Furthermore, Dominique D'Hinnin has expressed his wish to resign as Chairman of the Board, thus triggering a search process for a new leader. Eutelsat is preparing for a phase of growth, supported by renewed leadership.
