Compagnie Chargeurs Invest Boosts Leadership with Key Appointments
Compagnie Chargeurs Invest has announced strategic changes to enhance its governance and organization. The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy as a new member, replacing Mr. Nicolas Urbain. Her international experience in the luxury market is expected to enhance the Board’s diversity and expertise.
The company also revealed significant internal promotions to align with its growth strategy. Mr. Olivier Buquen has been promoted to Deputy CEO in charge of Strategic Development, while Mr. Jérôme Angin now oversees all financial activities as Group CFO.
Additionally, Ms. Frédérique Poulain de l’Etoille takes on the role of Director of Oversight and Supervision, and Mr. Pierre André Montjovet assumes the position of Director of M&A, bringing extensive experience in international corporate strategy.
