Charter Extends Hosting and Managed Services Agreement with Amdocs

Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), a prominent provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has extended and expanded its hosting and managed services agreement with Charter Communications, Inc. This agreement supports Charter's Spectrum Mobile, operating in 41 states and serving over 57 million homes and businesses.

This multi-year agreement ensures Amdocs will continue to provide hosting and operational support for Spectrum Mobile's billing system. Additionally, Amdocs will enhance Spectrum's business capacity, aiding its rapid growth and enabling innovative offerings for customers.

Anthony Goonetilleke, Group President of Technology and Head of Strategy at Amdocs, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's extension. He noted that by simplifying technology operations, Amdocs will help Charter scale Spectrum Mobile and meet market demands.
