Cherry SE Announces Postponement of Annual Report Due to Auditor's Health Issues

Munich, May 16, 2024 - Cherry SE disclosed that the unexpected health issue of the lead auditor from RSM Ebner Stolz has caused a delay in the presentation of their 2023 annual report. Originally scheduled for May 22, the new release date is now set for May 31, 2024.

This unforeseen complication arose during the final audit stages of the 2023 financial statements, necessitating the designation of a new responsible auditor to ensure adherence to required audit quality standards.

RSM Ebner Stolz emphasized that the delay was due to circumstances beyond Cherry SE's control, specifically pointing out the serious illness of the auditor in charge. The firm is taking necessary actions to appoint another auditor from the team to minimize the delay and maintain audit integrity.
