Christian Wulff Applauds AmaliTech's Role in Ghana's Tech Growth

During his recent visit to Ghana, former German Federal President Christian Wulff expressed admiration for AmaliTech, a German company fostering tech job creation in sub-Saharan Africa. Founded in 2019, AmaliTech has quickly established itself as a major player in Ghana's tech industry, with a mission to provide sustainable tech jobs.

As a partner of the UN's "Decent Jobs for Youth," AmaliTech is committed to training over 3,000 people in Ghana and Rwanda by 2025, aiming to create at least 1,000 jobs. The company has successfully trained more than 2,000 individuals and created over 500 jobs globally. AmaliTech operates as a social business, reinvesting surpluses into technology projects for underserved communities.

Wulff emphasized the mutual benefits for Germany and Ghana, highlighting Ghana's strong education system as an asset for European innovation. AmaliTech plans to expand with a new office in Kumasi to further boost local economic growth.
