Brussels-based Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has disclosed its recent share buy-back activities for the week from July 22 to July 26, 2024. The transactions were performed under the authorization of the extraordinary general meeting held on April 28, 2021.
During this period, the company repurchased a total of 535 shares at an average price of €273.35, amounting to a cumulative expenditure of €146,240. The transactions are part of a share buy-back program that has been ongoing since October 2, 2023.
According to the Royal Decree of April 29, 2019, these buy-backs were conducted on the regulated NYSE Euronext Market Brussels. As of July 26, 2024, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has repurchased 30,809 shares, representing 1.9% of the total shares, for a total cost of €8,078,945.01.
