CIS General Assembly: Approval of all resolutions
On June 12, 2024, the shareholders of CATERING INTERNATIONAL & SERVICES (CIS) met for an Ordinary Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting in Marseille. The session was chaired by Mr. Franck BRIESACH.
75% of the share capital and 84% of the voting rights were present and represented. All resolutions were approved. Among them, the approval of the corporate and consolidated accounts, as well as the appointment of new independent directors.
Other resolutions include the non-renewal of the mandate of a previous director and the updating of the Company's statutes. A majority of resolutions were approved unanimously or with a very large majority.
