CIX Summit Unveils 2025 Startup Award Winners

The CIX Summit, supported by Elevate, recently revealed the winners of the 2025 CIX Startup Awards. These awards honor Canada's leading startups, recognized by North American investors. The recipients will present live at the CIX Summit on March 26 in Toronto's Design Exchange, attracting over 500 investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders.

Startups were evaluated on business model, product quality, innovation, market potential, management depth, and diversity. A minimum of 25 judges assessed each application to ensure fairness. The summit also hosts the Canadian round of the Startup World Cup, offering competitors a shot at a $1 million investment.

This year's winners span categories including BioTech, Climate Tech, and FinTech. Notable startups include BioMimir, CERT Systems, and Brim Financial. The event facilitates connections between Canadian startups and North American investors, fostering discussions on Canada's evolving innovation policies.
