CLASQUIN: Declaration of the total number of voting rights as of May 31, 2024
CLASQUIN, specialist in air and maritime transport engineering, announces that its share capital is made up of 2,329,268 shares. The total number of existing voting rights as of May 31, 2024 amounts to 3,478,650, excluding deprivation of voting rights for treasury shares.
After deprivation of voting rights from treasury shares, the total number of voting rights is 3,467,074. This declaration complies with the provisions of article L. 233-8 of the Commercial Code.
The next financial publications are scheduled for July 25, 2024, September 17, 2024 and October 29, 2024. CLASQUIN is listed on EURONEXT GROWTH and eligible for the PEA PME.
