Cloud DX Faces Trading Halt Amid Financial Reporting Issues
Cloud DX Inc., based in Kitchener, Ontario, has announced a Cease Trade Order from the Ontario Securities Commission, effective May 7, 2025. This development stems from the company's inability to file its audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024, impacting its stock trading status on TSXV and OTCQB.
The trading halt initially began when a subsidiary declared intentions to propose insolvency measures under Canada's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act in June 2024. Subsequently, the company undertook a court-supervised sale process, culminating in the sale of its subsidiary, Cloud Diagnostics Canada ULC, to 1493907 B.C. Ltd. This transaction, finalized through a Reverse Vesting Order in December 2024, led to the cessation of Cloud DX's operations and a transfer of assets.
The company's board was dissolved on May 27, 2025, further solidifying the company's inactive status.
