During a 90-minute session, the event covered areas such as Workplace Conflict Management, Feedback Dynamics, Virtual Team Leadership, Stress Management, and Navigating Change. A significant 39% of the participants found Navigating Change the most relevant topic, spotlighting the necessity for adaptability.
