Commerzbank AG Appoints New Chairwoman of the Board of Managing Directors

The Supervisory Board of Commerzbank AG has appointed Dr. Bettina Orlopp as the new Chairwoman of the Board of Managing Directors. She will take over following the resignation of the current Chairman, Dr. Manfred Knof. Dr. Orlopp is expected to assume her new role in the near future.

Additionally, the Supervisory Board has promoted Michael Kotzbauer to the position of Deputy Chairman, effective at the same time.
