CompuGroup Medical's 2024 Financials Align with Revised Guidance

CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA, a leader in e-health solutions, reported revenues of EUR 1,154.0 million for 2024, marking a 3% decline from the previous year. This decrease was mainly due to high one-off effects in 2023. Despite this, recurring revenues improved by 5% to EUR 853.9 million, now constituting 74% of total revenues.

Adjusted EBITDA fell by 15% to EUR 224.6 million, with an EBITDA margin reduction to 19%. Nonetheless, the company maintained its investment in innovative solutions, particularly in AI and machine learning technologies.

The Ambulatory Information Systems (AIS) segment saw a 5% revenue decrease, whereas Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Pharmacy Information Systems (PCS) experienced slight growth. Looking ahead, CGM forecasts a return to growth in 2025 with anticipated organic revenue increases.
