Consortium of Entrepreneurs Acquires PlusPlus Capital Majority

PlusPlus Capital, a key player in the pan-Baltic and Finnish receivables management sector, has been majority acquired by a consortium of entrepreneurs, led by Frank Van Raemdonck. Supported by Sacha Verveckken, this transaction aims to energize the company's legal restructuring process, maintaining the existing reorganization plan unaltered.

The acquisition promises to foster synergies between PlusPlus Capital and Fraktion, a Belgian fintech with European crowdfunding capabilities. Van Raemdonck, with connections to Estonia, leads efforts to stabilize PlusPlus using Fraktion’s platform. The consortium plans substantial leadership changes, including adjustments in the Supervisory Board, aiming for stable future growth.
