Wood Builders win flagship project in Illkirch-Graffenstaden
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) announce their success in a national competition initiated by Foncière Logement. This €4 million project aims to construct an 18-unit residential building in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, strengthening LCB's involvement in the affordable rental housing sector in France.
This project is part of a Real Estate Development Contract, where LCB oversees the design and delivery, while defining a collaboration with Foncière Logement focused on environmentally friendly housing. OUTSIGN Architecture's expertise contributes to this ambitious project, which aligns with LCB's "Futurhable" strategy for eco-responsible construction.
