Contribution of SCI SAINTANGE to the capital of METAVISIO

Dammarie-les-Lys (France), June 13, 2024 – METAVISIO (FR00140066X4 - ALTHO) has specified the details concerning the contribution of the shares of SCI SAINTANGE decided by the extraordinary general meeting of May 16, 2024.

Concerns have arisen regarding a difference between the number of shares issued as remuneration for said contribution. METAVISIO confirms that the number of shares allocated is that mentioned in the minutes of the general meeting, approved by the independent auditor.

The valuation reports concluded that the value of the contribution is correct and that the issue of 4,447,674 METAVISIO shares is fair. These shares value METAVISIO at 17,100,000 euros.

This operation will allow METAVISIO to save 240,000 euros in rent per year, increase its equity and create a new head office. The President of the company, Stephan Français, invested his personal assets to guarantee the success of the company.
