Convocation of a Special General Meeting on June 26, 2024
The Board of Directors of Econocom Group SE announces the convening of a Special General Meeting on June 26, 2024. The event will be held at 12 p.m. at the company's headquarters in Brussels.
Shareholders will vote on several important points, including the appointment of BDO Réviens d'Entreprises SRL as commissioner for three years, also covering sustainability reporting in accordance with the European CSRD directive. The emoluments for these missions will also be fixed.
Another item on the agenda is the appointment of Ms. Sophie Guieysse as independent director for a period of four years.
