Coop Alleanza 3.0 partners with VusionGroup for sustainable digitalization
On December 11, 2024, Coop Alleanza 3.0, a major player in food distribution in Italy, chose to collaborate with VusionGroup to digitalize its stores. This partnership aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact and offer a better customer experience.
Luca Girotti, Head of Innovation at Coop Alleanza 3.0, highlights the importance of integrating solutions such as electronic labels and Cloud platforms to optimize store management. This project is part of a sustainability approach, with a deployment of VusionGroup extended to 350 stores in Italy.
Andrea Furegon, Head of Systems at Coop, says these technologies reduce paper usage and improve store operations. The partnership, which is already in place in 40 stores, will continue until the end of 2025.
