Correction of EPRA LTV ratio announced by Icade for the 2023 annual results
Icade announces a correction regarding the calculation of the Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio of EPRA in its 2023 annual results. This modification, necessary to comply with the European Public Real Estate Association's Best Practices Recommendations, adjusted the calculation of "net debt" as of December 31, 2023. As a result, the EPRA LTV ratio on a proportional consolidation basis is now 37.8%, including rights, compared to the originally published 32.7% on February 19, 2024.
The adjustment is detailed in the appendix of the 2023 annual results press release, thus revising the previously communicated figures. Despite this correction, Icade specifies that it does not impact the group's other key indicators. Icade, a major player in corporate real estate and real estate development in France, emphasizes its commitment to sustainability and biodiversity in its business model.
