Courbet Heritage transforms Magny-Cours into an exceptional destination

Courbet Heritage, specializing in real estate and hospitality, is bringing an ambitious project to fruition on the legendary Nevers-Magny-Cours circuit. In collaboration with the Nièvre Departmental Council, a long-term lease was signed in March 2025. The goal is to create a space combining motorsports and hospitality, attracting an international clientele.

The project includes two hotels: a vibrant 3-star hotel and a luxurious 5-star hotel with a spa. Courbet Heritage envisions immersive motorsports experiences, incorporating the industry's legendary brands. This development is expected to strengthen the local economy and create jobs.

Construction will begin in 2026, with the venue set to open in 2028. Courbet Heritage expects to host an F1 Grand Prix by 2030. The project aims to boost the region's appeal by making Magny-Cours a global benchmark.
