Evolution of voting rights at Courtois SA

Courtois SA has published the distribution of its voting rights as of May 31, 2025. The total number of shares outstanding is 72,780, with 64,334 shares carrying double voting rights. This brings the total gross voting rights to 137,114.

Taking into account the 423 shares deprived of voting rights, the total number of exercisable voting rights is 136,691. The shares deprived of voting rights include, in particular, 88 shares for Courtois and 335 for Courtois SA TM. No bearer shares are deprived of voting rights.

In accordance with Article 10 of the company's articles of association, holders of at least 0.5% of the capital or voting rights must inform the company. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the loss of voting rights for the shares concerned for a period of up to two years.
