Covivio Announces Voting Rights and Share Capital Information

On October 1, 2024, Covivio released information regarding its total number of voting rights and share capital as of September 30, 2024, under Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

The company reported that its total number of shares stands at 111,623,468. Of these, the number of theoretical voting rights is 111,623,468, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 110,831,385. This difference includes 792,083 treasury shares, which do not have voting rights under Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.

Section 8.1 of Covivio's Articles of Association requires shareholders to declare any crossing of thresholds at each one per cent (1%) interval of the company's share capital or voting rights. Failure to report may result in the deprivation of voting rights for two years following the declaration.
