Covivio Hotels: Details on Voting Rights and Shares
On April 1, 2025, Covivio Hotels published information regarding its share capital. As of March 31, 2025, the total number of shares comprising its share capital is 148,141,452. These shares correspond to the same number of theoretical voting rights.
The slightly lower exercisable voting rights amount to 148,139,075. This difference is due to 2,377 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
