Covivio Reports Treasury Shares Transactions for Early June 2024
Covivio, a leading European real estate company, has reported its treasury shares transactions for the period from June 7th to June 13th, 2024. The transactions were carried out without the use of derivative instruments.
On June 7th, Covivio executed several transactions, purchasing a total of 24,384 shares. The weighted average prices ranged from €48.3353 to €48.4137 per share. On June 10th, the company purchased 14,773 shares at an average price varying between €47.9605 and €48.0456.
On June 11th, Covivio bought 40,940 shares at prices between €47.6311 and €48.0810. The following day, 9,951 shares were purchased at prices from €46.9281 to €47.8038. Lastly, on June 13th, the company acquired 9,952 shares, with weighted average prices ranging from €46.3200 to €46.9396 per share.
