CPI PROPERTY GROUP et IMMOFINANZ entament des négociations pour une participation de 38,37 % dans S IMMO
CPI PROPERTY GROUP (« CPIPG ») et IMMOFINANZ AG (« IMMOFINANZ ») ont annoncé le début des négociations pour la vente de la participation de 38,37 % de CPIPG dans S IMMO AG à IMMOFINANZ. La participation comprend 28 241 094 actions. Les négociations suivent le principe de pleine concurrence et visent un prix de marché équitable, conforme à la procédure de retrait obligatoire en cours, à 22,05 euros par action.
La transaction potentielle valorise la participation à environ 623 millions d'euros. CPIPG a indiqué qu'elle pourrait offrir un financement à long terme et des remises potentielles à IMMOFINANZ pour une partie du prix d'achat. La finalisation de la transaction est prévue avant la fin du mois de septembre 2024.
