CRCAM Brie Picardie – Weekly buybacks in accordance with MAR Regulations
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie has carried out a series of share buybacks in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These transactions were carried out on the XPAR market between September 23 and 27, 2024.
The daily volume of repurchases varies between 1,121 and 3,140 shares, with an average weighted price oscillating around EUR 17.15 per share. The total amount of shares repurchased during this period reflects a targeted acquisition strategy.
These shares were purchased through Kepler Cheuvreux SA. The objectives of these repurchases include providing funding for various Crédit Agricole societal projects. Each individual transaction was recorded with precise details on the timing, quantity and price of the shares acquired.
