CRCAM Brie Picardie – Weekly declaration of share buybacks
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie has announced the share buybacks carried out in accordance with article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The institution, based in Amiens, disclosed details of its transactions for the week.
On July 8, 2024, 577 shares were repurchased at an average price of 17.40 EUR on the XOFF market. On the same day, on the XPAR market, 638 shares were acquired at 17.39 EUR on average. The following days also saw similar transactions.
On July 11, 2188 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 17.15 on XOFF. Finally, on July 12, 770 shares were acquired at 17.44 EUR on XPAR. The objective of these buyouts is to support various societal projects.
