CRCAM Alpes Provence: CCI buyout program

Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence Regional Bank has received authorization to repurchase up to 10% of its cooperative investment certificates (CICs), or 69,913 securities, at a maximum price of €150 per security, until September 25, 2026. Currently, 10,492 CCIs, representing 1.50% of the capital, are held. The repurchase serves to stimulate the market and cancel the acquired securities. A liquidity contract in accordance with the AMF charter is in place with Kepler Capital Markets SA. The authorization granted aims to strengthen the flexibility of securities transactions, both on and off the stock market.
