Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence has announced purchases of Cooperative Investment Certificates. These transactions are part of a buyback program approved by the Combined General Meeting of members on March 25, 2025. The transactions took place between November 3 and 7, 2025.

During this period, a total of 329 shares were repurchased on the XPAR market, at an average price ranging from €135.60 to €138.00 per share. This process complies with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation. The primary objective of this program is the cancellation of the repurchased certificates.
