Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Redemptions according to the MAR Regulation
The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie Regional Bank has carried out several share buybacks. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The buybacks took place between June 9 and 13, 2025. An aggregated presentation of the transactions reveals a total volume of 7,198 shares repurchased on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR).
The weighted average share purchase price ranged from EUR 22.19 to EUR 22.24. The main reason given for these repurchases was share cancellations. Kepler Cheuvreux SA acted as an intermediary for these transactions. The most significant daily movements occurred on June 13, with a volume of 5,072 shares.
