Crédit Agricole d’Ile-de-France: 2024 Financial Report

On February 3, 2025, the Board of Directors of Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France revised its annual financial results for 2024. The year saw a general acceleration of activity, with 90,700 new customers. Banking services equipment increased by 17% and insurance subscriptions by 33% compared to 2023.

Outstanding loans increased by 2.2%, supported by a recovery in demand for real estate loans and increased development of corporate credit. Despite this performance, consolidated net income declined by 21.4%, mainly due to an unfavorable inventory effect linked to the increase in savings rates.

Financial fundamentals remain solid with a CET1 ratio of 23.6% above regulatory requirements. The stability of the cooperative model remains a major asset. The Cooperative Investment Certificate closed at €65.65, offering a dividend of €2.58 per share.
