Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine: New update on the public offering of shares

Crédit Agricole d'Ille-et-Vilaine has published a supplement to its initial prospectus concerning the public offering of shares. This document, approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on November 13, 2025, updates certain important provisions for members and potential subscribers.

The issuance limit is set at 98,039,216 shares, representing a maximum of €150 million per year for all affiliated local branches. Each adult subscriber can acquire between 10 and 19,607 shares, while minors are limited to 980 shares. The maximum balances are €30,000 per member and €60,000 for joint accounts.

Investors have a right of withdrawal after the publication of the document, until November 17, 2025. This update does not change the valuation of the shares but clarifies the conditions.
