Crédit Agricole du Morbihan: Preparation of the 2025 Combined General Meeting

Crédit Agricole du Morbihan has announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on March 26, 2025 in Vannes. The members will be required to approve the accounts for the 2024 financial year and to deliberate on various points, in particular the setting of interest on shares and dividends on cooperative investment and associate certificates.

The Ordinary General Meeting will address topics such as the variation of the share capital, set at €80,014,081.25 in 2024, and the allocation of the net result of €53,227,875.22. The issue of the remuneration of directors and identified personnel will also be discussed.

On the extraordinary level, it is proposed to authorize the Board to reduce the capital by canceling cooperative certificates. Statutory amendments on the procedures for the candidacy of directors and the function of censor are on the agenda.
