Crédit Agricole Completes Non-Preferred Bond Issue

Crédit Agricole SA has announced the final amount of its Senior Non-Preferred Bond issue for the period from July 2025 to July 2035. These bonds, issued at a fixed rate with quarterly interest of 3.40%, reached an amount of €389,828,877. This issue, with security code FRCASA010712, was approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers under visa no. 24-485 dated November 15, 2024.

Initially planned to raise €300 million, this issue could be increased to €700 million. Each of the securities issued has a nominal value of one euro, totaling 389,828,877 securities.
