Crédit Agricole declares its voting rights for April 2025

Crédit Agricole SA, established in Montrouge and registered under number 784 608 416 with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register, has published its voting rights figures for April 2025. The company, with a capital of 9,077,707,050 euros, has declared a total of 3,025,902,350 shares.

These shares correspond to a theoretical number of voting rights of 3,025,902,350. However, the number of voting rights actually exercisable amounts to 3,024,993,656. This difference results from shares deprived of voting rights, in particular those self-held by the company.
