Crédit Agricole: Final amount of the issue of Preferred Senior Securities
Crédit Agricole SA announces the final amount of its issue of Senior Preferred Securities at a fixed rate of 3.40%, with quarterly interest. The titles relate to a period from July 2024 to July 2034.
The nominal amount of this issue is set at 369,929,432 euros. This amount is represented by 369,929,432 securities with a nominal value of 1 euro each. Initially, the target nominal amount was 50,000,000 euros, with the possibility of increasing it to 500,000,000 euros.
This issue received visa from the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) n°23-443 on October 23, 2023, as well as two supplements to the base prospectus in November 2023 and February 2024.
