Crédit Agricole SA: Reduction of resources in the liquidity contract

On December 27, 2024, Crédit Agricole SA decided to reduce the resources allocated to its liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux. Initially established on October 25, 2006 and regularly updated, this contract was intended to boost the group's shares on Euronext Paris, with an initial envelope of €50 million. Recently, €1 million was withdrawn from this liquidity account.

This decision complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including the European Market Abuse Regulation and various technical standards and AMF decisions. Following this withdrawal, the market position remains significant, with a balance of 32,005,379.93 euros and 1,318,247 shares.
