Credit Agricole Toulouse 31 launches a buyback program for its CCIs
Crédit Agricole de Toulouse 31 announced a buyback program for its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) which was approved at the General Meeting of March 28, 2024. This program concerns up to 10% of the total CCIs in circulation, which represents 142,525 titles.
The objectives of the buyback include the possibility of offering option purchase plans to employees and corporate officers, of stimulating the CCI market through liquidity contracts and of partially or totally canceling the acquired certificates. The maximum price set for the redemption of each security is 120 euros.
The CCIs, listed on the Eurolist of Euronext Paris, must be acquired in compliance with the prudential standards established by the European Central Bank. The program, in compliance with the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, is valid until September 28, 2025.
