Crédit Agricole Voting Rights Declaration in January 2025

Crédit Agricole SA has published a statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2025, in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The company, registered under number 784 608 416 with the RCS of Nanterre and having its head office in Montrouge, holds a capital of 9,077,707,050 euros.

As of January 31, 2025, the total number of Crédit Agricole shares stands at 3,025,902,350. The number of theoretical voting rights expressed is identical to the number of shares, i.e. 3,025,902,350 rights. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, totaling 3,025,315,217. This difference is due to shares without voting rights, such as treasury shares.
