Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel Announces Call Notice for Notes
On January 23, 2025, Banque Fédérative du Crédit Mutuel (BFCM) announced its decision to exercise its issuer call option on its €250,000,000 Undated Deeply Subordinated Fixed to Floating Rate Notes. These were issued under the EMTN programme with ISIN Code XS0212581564. BFCM confirmed that it will proceed with the redemption of the notes in full.
In a formal notice addressed to relevant parties including BNP Paribas Luxembourg, the Luxembourg and Amsterdam Stock Exchanges, and noteholders, BFCM outlined that the redemption will occur on February 25, 2025. The predefined redemption amount will be €1,000 per denomination.
This action is in accordance with the conditions specified in the Listing Particulars dated February 23, 2005. The notice was signed by Eric Cuzzucoli on behalf of BFCM.
