Credit Coopératif Updates EMTN Programme Amid Moody's Downgrade

Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations has released its fourth supplement to the Euro Medium Term Notes Programme base prospectus, initially dated April 8, 2024. This supplement, approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers on December 20, 2024, addresses significant changes, notably a downgrade in the rating by Moody's France from Aa2 to Aa3. However, ratings by Fitch and S&P remain consistent at AA-.

The supplement, necessary for compliance with the EU's Prospectus Regulation, underscores the Programme's stability in spite of the Moody's downgrade. No new major information affecting the notes has been uncovered since the initial prospectus. The document is accessible on the issuer's and AMF's websites.

Caisse des Dépôts reassures investors that, apart from the rating update, all other prospectus elements remain unchanged. This supplement reinforces transparency, ensuring investors are informed of the latest financial assessments.
