Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Launches "Faire 2030" Strategic Plan
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa unveiled its comprehensive "Faire 2030" strategic plan from Brest on January 29, 2025. This plan aims to enhance the group's cooperative and territorial model, with a focus on sustainable development and expanded partnerships.
The initiative emphasizes their commitment to the real economy and local territories, with ambitions to serve 2.3 million clients in Brittany and the South-West by 2030. The plan incorporates bold strategies in online banking, private equity, and responsible asset management.
More than just growth, "Faire 2030" highlights Arkéa's dedication to sustainable finance, targeting climate action and biodiversity. By 2027, the group aims for a 67% cost/income ratio and over €550 million in net profit.
The strategic plan's implementation started with unanimous board approval, and consultations with employee bodies are ongoing.
