Fourth Supplement to Caffil's 2024 Euro Medium Term Note Programme

On 27 February 2025, Caisse Française de Financement Local (Caffil) released a fourth supplement to its €75 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme prospectus. This follows updates and approvals from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) that began on 8 July 2024. The supplement updates recent financial information, specifically reflecting the company’s performance through 25 February 2025, including an increase of €451 million in debt securities since June 2024.

Notably, the European Commission's decision on 20 February 2025 allows the Sfil Group to expand its financing capabilities for public assets. Caffil's 2024 results showed a robust loan acquisition for French public sectors, achieving €5.5 billion, and a total issuance of €5.3 billion in covered bonds. The financial data, based on French GAAP, demonstrate a net income rise to €71 million, attributed to an enhanced net banking income amidst volatile markets.
