Opening of the public offering of participating securities by Les 3 Colonnes
The Foncière solidaire Les 3 Colonnes is opening a public offer of participating securities for a maximum amount of 10,000,000 euros. This operation provides for a double annual remuneration, combining fixed and variable rates. Approved by the AMF, the offer is supervised by a prospectus under number 25-037, supplemented by documents regularized in 2024.
The subscription is available from February 17, 2025 and will close on May 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. The payment and delivery is scheduled for May 9, 2025. The documents are available on the SCIC and AMF websites, or upon simple request from the company.
