Price change for Crédit Agricole Nord Est Associate Cooperative Certificates
The Board of Directors of the Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Nord Est recently set a new indicative price for its Cooperative Shareholder Certificates (CCA). Effective August 5, 2025, this price will be €260.20 per share, replacing the previous rate of €249.98 in effect since April 2025. This change comes after a dividend of €2.52 per share.
The valuation of the CCAs is based on a multi-criteria method integrating the net assets and adjusted net results of the Regional Fund and its consolidated subsidiaries. This price was validated by an independent expert at the request of the AMF.
