The French Local Finance Fund designates its supervisory authority

On 29 January 2025, the Caisse Française de Financement Local clarified its choice of Member State and competent authority for the Transparency Directive. In accordance with Article 222-1 of the AMF General Regulations, France is confirmed as the competent Member State.

The Financial Markets Authority will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the entity's regulated information obligations. This decision is part of European Directive 2004/109/EC, as amended, of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The Caisse Française de Financement Local, established in Paris, thus reaffirms its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, with a capital of 1.35 billion euros and registered with the RCS Paris under number 421 318 064.
